Cyrille Kisselevsky

Son of Vladimir Kisselevsky and Elisabeth Kisselevsky, born Petrov.

After obtaining his baccalaureate at the Lycée Carnot in Paris in 1961, he obtained an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Paris in 1966 then a Master of Science in aeronautics at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in Boston, USA in 1967.

His diplomas give him access to various engineering positions. First in aeronautics at the SEP of Melun (European Propulsion Company) from 1967 to 1980, at the Institute of Management Control of HEC (France's top business school), in the field of steelmaking at Vallourec in Paris from 1981 to 1990 at Ciments d 'Origny (Paris) for four years. At the same time, he followed training for executives and managers at the CPA in Paris (Business Development Center) and obtained this HEC diploma. In 1983 he joined the CEGOS group (General Study Commission for Scientific Organization). International leader in professional and continuing training, as head of the Personnel Department in Paris.

From 1996 to 1999 he worked in Moscow as a representative for the Swiss cement manufacturer Holderbank (now Holcim) then as an international manager still for Holderbank in Zurich until 2005.

In retirement, he was elected president of the Union of Russian Nobility and remained so until his death.

In 2014 he was decorated by the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Alexander Orlov with the Pushkin Medal (state distinction of the Russian Federation awarded to its citizens for achievements in arts and culture, education, sciences humanities and literature).

He rests with Victor Kissel (1883-1946).
